The MassDEP has revoked the air permit for the proposed biomass facility in Springfield. MassDEP did the right thing and made this a truly Good Friday for our sisters and brothers in Springfield. Palmer Biomass might finally be a goner. Congrats to the activists who helped make this happen!

/Pieridae Energy, the company behind the yet-to-be-built Goldboro LNG facility, where Enbridge was supposed to send at minimum 50% of the gas coming through Weymouth, is now trying to shake down the Canadian government for financing.
Recently, opponents of the project wrote to Prime Minister Trudeau and a list of other leaders, asking them not to allow the Canadian government to finance the Goldboro LNG project. Pieridae Energy is now seeking legal action against the authors of the letter.
