Enbridge attempts to delay FERC's recent briefing

On February 18, 2021, three of the five FERC commissioners voted to open up a briefing to examine our request for a rehearing on FERC’s final approval of Enbridge’s compressor station. FERC granted Enbridge final approval last fall. [For more on this FERC decision and why it’s significant, read this piece from WBUR.]

To date, more than 60 groups, companies, and individuals have filed as an intervenor on this matter. Tonight, Enbridge filed a request for a rehearing on FERC’s briefing. Enbridge is showing their desperation in a last minute effort to delay this briefing. We have an even better idea--FERC needs to give us the full rehearing. That should help ease Enbridge's heartburn, don't you think, Campers?
