MassDEP failed to release reports for past 5 years required by Clean Water Act

A new audit from by State Auditor Suzanne M. Bump shows that MassDEP has not been releasing reports REQUIRED by the Clean Water Act for the last five years? Doesn't that coincide with the election of Gov. Baker? How ironic. Wonder if they have failed to do any required reporting on Clean Air?

We say it again and again....a fish rots from the head down.
