Environmental Justice amendment passes!

Many, many thanks to all of you who contacted your representative regarding Amendment #52--Environmental Justice--and the 2050 Roadmap Bill. The EJ amendment passed UNANIMOUSLY! The Roadmap Bill passed 142-17. Amazing work done by so many in the Mass Power Forward coalition. And congratulations to our own Rep. Meschino on passage of the Roadmap!

We didn't get all that we wanted or needed, but we came a lot closer to getting concrete climate action than we have gotten in a long time. The Senate and House bills will have to be reconciled. We will keep you posted on that. Good work, Fore River Campers!
