The Town of Weymouth Files Waterways Appeal

The Town of Weymouth filed their appeal of the Massachusetts Dept. of Environmental Protection's (MassDEP) Written Determination for the Waterways License. In May of this year, MassDEP submitted their Written Determination indicating that they will approve Spectra's Waterways License and that they'd accept appeals on this decision through June 7.
