Submit Comments to MassDEP on Ch. 91 Waterways

MassDEP submitted their Written Determination for Spectra's Ch. 91 Waterways Permit earlier this month. Their determination is to conditionally approve the Ch. 91 permit. MassDEP will be accepting comments on this through June 7. We have compiled a short commenting guideline that folks are welcome to use.

We need to submit as many comments as possible. Comments must relate to the scope of the permit. Though MassDEP has conditionally approved the permit, we can provide them with information as to why they should formally deny the permit. 

Note - you may receive an automatic reply stating that they accepted public comments on this matter last year and that they are now accepting appeals.  We encourage you to continue submitting public comments. Folks are working on submitting an appeal.
