Motion for Stay Filed on AIM Project

A Motion for Stay of Construction on the AIM project has been filed with the DC Circuit Court of Appeals; filed on behalf of Riverkeeper, SAPE, Food and Water Watch, West Roxbury Saves Energy, and more. The filing includes a list of letters from officials, including Senator Warren and Markey's letter regarding conflict of interest.
