FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) is reviewing the certification process of fracked gas facilities and is seeking input from the public during this review. They have a long list of questions — available here — and are asking that responses be submitted as an “eFiling” on their website. This is a really important public comment period and we want to flood FERC with filings! Some Senators are already throwing a fit about this review. See here.

You may have submitted comments to FERC before for some of our other action items, but eFiling is a little bit different. Don’t worry, we will be hosting a webinar, or as we like to call it, an actionar, to walk you through the process. If you can’t make it to the actionar, we will have a step-by-step guide available soon.
