Air Quality Plan Approval Appeal Hearing - Part 2: DEP Data Dump

Last month we had a three day hearing to address our appeal of Enbridge’s air quality plan approval. The hearing was scheduled to conclude on the third day, but has since been extended due to the DEP’s recent data dump. The hearing will take place at the MassDEP office in Boston (1 Winter Street) starting at 9am on Monday, June 10. It is scheduled to go until 5pm. The hearing will no longer rollover into Tuesday. This portion of the hearing will be focused solely on the 750+ page report of new/updated data that DEP released.

FRRACS will be holding a press conference outside of MassDEP in the afternoon around 12:30pm. All are welcome and encouraged to attend both the press conference and the hearing. We do ask that folks treat this process like any other court procedure. Please leave signs at home. Folks are encouraged to dress business casual if they can.
