It's already March but it doesn't feel like we've had a real winter. Where is all the snow? Well, the fact is that climate change is causing our planet to warm up, which means a shorter - and warmer - winter. This is connected to our addiction to fossil fuels, including fracked gas pipelines.
Join QCAN (Quincy Climate Action Network) Thomas Crane Public Library, and FRRACS for a presentation on the impact of climate change on snow cover. The lecture will be lead by Professor Stephen Young, a geographer from Salem State University.
