Update: Potential delay on Atlantic Bridge!

Today we received news that the Massachusetts Office of Coastal Zone Management has responded to Spectra's Atlantic Bridge project. They have stated that they "cannot complete its review and issue a decision until all applicable licenses, permits, applications and other authorizations have been issued."

This could place a 1 year stay on Spectra's project, but that isn't certain quite yet. The more it's delayed, the more money it costs Spectra. And if Atlantic Bridge is delayed, who knows what will happen to Access Northeast.
